A: The Roundtable Mastermind is a 2-day event that's hosted quarterly. Here are the 2026 dates:

Q: What if I want more than 1 day of in-person training?
A: We got your back! You can join us for:

A: Destin/Miramar Beach, Florida area.
Q: What airport do I fly into?
A: The Destin-Fort Walton Airport (code: VPS).
Q: When should I arrive?
A: We highly recommend all clients arrive the day before the event so they are well rested and ready to hit the ground running. We also recommend flying out red-eye or the next day for networking time.
Q: Where should I stay?
A: At an Airbnb or Hotel in the area between Destin, Miramar Beach, and Santa Rosa beach. NOTE: Accommodations are not included. Also, Clients have shared accommodations in the past.
Q: Are meals included?
A: Dinner on the 1st day and lunch and dinner on the 2nd day are included. For other meals, we recommend local restaurants in the Destin/Miramar Beach/Santa Rosa Beach area.
Q: What should I wear?
